Another storm on the way; yes I am looking forward to its arrival. Even while Winter continues, I notice that the evenings are lengthening, and the narcissus greets us with heavenly scent and cheerful demeanor!
I too, find my self clinging to this mid-winter! There is supposed to be a storm, but the clouds are not giving off this vibration. I love the wood heat, even taking out the ashes! Yet, I also yearn for the vibrancy of Spring; the light! Guess one just needs to go out to the drive-way and experience the satisfaction...
OOOOO--I like your blog! I'm here through Ms. Moon's and your comment on my comment! I live in Los Angeles so maybe you could get sick and come down here and look for that gorgeous pediatrician that treated my daughter. Unless she really WAS part of a tv show. It was that crazy...
Swallowtail Butterflies are fresh and new by the first of April. Larabee is a hidden valley created by the Eel River. Perhaps I have lived here since time began, a butterfly in the willows on the banks of a Northern river.

Hi Laura. The reflection you found of the blue flower??? on the car is amazing. I'm going to miss winter when it's gone.
Nice. So hopeful to see the narcissus.
Yes, evenings lengthening.
Hope!
